Job Title: Commercial Partnerships Loyalty Manager

The Commercial Partnerships Loyalty Manager is a key role within our Executive Leadership team, responsible for identifying and onboarding new commercially beneficial partnerships. This role will work closely with internal teams to grow the external partnerships portfolio at pace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the Customer Loyalty value proposition
  • Onboard and support new partners
  • Align joint initiatives with Customer Loyalty strategy for success
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges in partnerships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Track industry loyalty trends and competitor actions
  • Measure and report partner performance using key metrics
  • Plan and evaluate new initiatives with business leadership
  • Ensure key stakeholders understand partner objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management / sales
  • Understanding of core marketing principles for co-promotions
  • Loyalty Understanding: Not critical, though highly regarded
  • Knowledge of the current loyalty market, players and programs, especially in retail, travel, FS, utilities
  • Understanding of Loyalty coalition mechanisms
  • Understanding of Loyalty commercials, analytics and ROI mechanisms
