Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Value Architect to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, product development, customer success and strategy, translating complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be embedded on-site with clients, working as their trusted advisor and advocate while ensuring they extract maximum value from our solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking capabilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy and client management, ideally within a large consulting organisation. Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy and client management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
  • Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks that map to client strategic and business priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and critical thinking capabilities.
