
Drive Business Growth Through Strategic Partnerships

As a Strategic Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our business through strategic partnerships and deals.
This role requires you to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at CXO level, identify new market opportunities, and craft effective strategies to increase commercial outcomes and market share in core carriage, ICT, security, professional services, and cloud offerings.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a high sales activity pipeline, coordinating internal teams to support customer needs effectively, leading virtual teams across the company and partners, and maintaining accurate records and producing timely reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in strategic selling within telecommunications and ICT, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex customer organisations.
You will also need to have experience leading/managing large scale complex pursuits responses through the sales cycle, natural identifying market opportunity, presenting to government agencies, and creating opportunities.
Furthermore, you will need to have experience in developing long term business relationships and strategic business plans, a proven history of working in a pro-active and entrepreneurial manner, and experience dealing with Clients at a CIO / CEO level, leading large complex pursuits and end to end execution.
