Market Strategy & Sales Growth

To drive the development of the market strategy, you will be responsible for successfully growing the company's market share in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and Assess Sales Opportunities: Identify and properly cover buying centre members and stakeholders.
  • Reach Sales Targets: Initiate and manage sales projects till the conclusion of contracts with new clients.
  • Implement Sales Strategy: Define business cases for customers and coordinate meetings with customers and internal resources.
  • Coordinate Stakeholder Activities: Implement a successful sales strategy for designated sales projects.
  • Prepare Offers: Answer 'requests for information'/'requests for proposal' and follow the Sales Engagement Process.
  • Represent Avaloq: Participate in Banking IT exhibitions and Sales & Marketing events in the country/area.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's from a recognized institute, preferably specializing in Business/Banking/Computer Science related disciplines.
  • Knows one or more competitive solution/offering
  • Knows several banking domains
  • Experience in strategy development, up-to-date with change (environmental, social, political changes)
  • Strong in communication, presentation and conflict management skills
  • Capable in generating trust and managing resources effectively
  • Is process competent and adherent
