About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Sharon Bennie. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading developer in the Australian market, offering a chance to grow your career and achieve incredible earning potential.

About the Project:
Our client is one of the world's largest developers, with an impeccable track record and reputation. This new apartment project is set to launch in 2025, and we are looking for a talented sales professional to take the lead in driving sales strategy and achieving outstanding results.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Research the market and assist in the review of product mix to ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create sales collateral and display suite set-ups that showcase the project's unique features and benefits
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite, including managing channel partner relationships and building a strong database of potential customers
  • Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building, and providing key information on units, features, and structure of the building
  • Educating buyers regarding the project, property investment, and providing general property market commentary to ensure they make informed decisions
  • Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement, and collaborating with the Marketing team to achieve sales objectives

About the Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in managing external agent channel partners, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive sales results
  • Real Estate License, with a strong understanding of the Australian property market and regulations
  • Extremely well-presented and a strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to work weekends from launch onwards, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the project and customers
