We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior New Home Sales Executive to join our team at Marble.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to tender presentation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients looking to build their dream homes.

As a Senior New Home Sales Executive, you will work closely with our construction team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a professional display home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online leads and convert them into sales.
  • Communicate with potential customers, set appointments, and conduct face-to-face presentations.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Executive in a project home builder setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure.
