Your opportunity:

A Construction Submissions Specialist is required to join our Precontracts team in Building. Reporting to the Head of Client & Strategy, this role involves compiling various components of EOI and tender submissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile EOI and tender submissions
  • Liaise with internal departments for submission input
  • Source and update standard content for submissions
  • Assist in editing and proofing documents prior to final review
  • Manage document formatting and printing for professional presentation
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer in formatting bid content and production
  • Meet competing deadlines on multiple bids
  • Evaluate submission content, quality, and standards against client requirements
  • Maintain and improve the high quality of our submissions
  • Support the maintenance of our submission library
  • Prepare marketing material

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in submission coordination within the Construction Industry
  • 2 years' experience in coordinating submissions
  • Proven track record working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate MS Word skills
  • Experience with InDesign (desired)
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • Sound problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to work effectively in a large team environment
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience working on construction projects (desired)
