About the Role

Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Senior Tendering Specialist with infrastructure tendering expertise to join our national team in Sydney/Melbourne or Brisbane, or those willing to relocate.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong project management skills and can produce high-quality, compelling, and compliant submissions in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing major tenders to produce high-quality submissions with tight deadlines.
  • Collaborating with the Bid Leader/Project Director to manage bid programs and allocated resources, including a large team of internal and external technical specialists.
  • SUPPORTING the Bid Leader/Project Director in meeting governance requirements.
  • Working with the Head of Proposals to plan specialist writer and production resource requirements for each bid.
  • Driving content development and review processes for completeness and accuracy.
About You
  • Excellent review, writing, and communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Possess an advanced knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors.
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Construction, Engineering, or similar field will be beneficial.
  • Interested in learning and adopting new technologies to assist in bid management and development.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills to work on case studies, CVs, and other collateral infrastructure between major bids.

A competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role within our organization.
