Front Office Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team at OTFC Group in South Australia. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional welcome services and supporting the daily operations of our paediatric occupational therapy clinics.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and create a welcoming environment. They will have proven experience in an administrative support and client-facing role, with exposure to scheduling operations, customer interaction, and reception duties.

Key responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming clients, scheduling consultations, and providing support to ensure a positive client experience. You will also conduct client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and agreements are executed in a timely manner, as well as provide administrative support as needed.
