    Demonstrated hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe).
    Expertise in segmentation, personalisation, testing, and journey building.
    Experience owning end-to-end lifecycle programs - from onboarding through to win-back.
    Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
    Proven ability to work with data teams and leverage insights for decision-making.
    Background in health insurance, healthcare, or membership-based organisations.
    Strong written communication and attention to detail.

    Lead and mentor the Member Experience marketing team to high performance.
    Develop and deliver the lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple brands and channels.
    Design and execute personalised campaigns via email, SMS, direct mail, mobile apps, and more.
