This role is pivotal in shaping the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint is personalised, timely, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Build and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Create and manage customer journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Design and implement segmentation strategies to deliver personalised, data-driven communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and lifecycle metrics to continuously optimise marketing efforts.
Your Experience
  • 4+ years of experience building and managing automated lifecycle campaigns and communications journeys.
  • Experience working with the Senior Marketing Manager to keep day-to-day operations for a product portfolio aligned with customer and key business OKRs.
  • Hands-on experience building customer journeys across different platforms and technology stacks; willing to roll up your sleeves to bring a customer journey to life (including content creation).
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond individual tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and identify priorities clearly.
  • Comfort working with autonomy, ambiguity, and agility to get things done.
  • Open and transparent communicator who shares information and learnings at every step.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
