This role is pivotal in shaping the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint is personalised, timely, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all stages of the customer journey.
- Build and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Create and manage customer journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Design and implement segmentation strategies to deliver personalised, data-driven communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business goals.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and lifecycle metrics to continuously optimise marketing efforts.
- 4+ years of experience building and managing automated lifecycle campaigns and communications journeys.
- Experience working with the Senior Marketing Manager to keep day-to-day operations for a product portfolio aligned with customer and key business OKRs.
- Hands-on experience building customer journeys across different platforms and technology stacks; willing to roll up your sleeves to bring a customer journey to life (including content creation).
- Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond individual tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and identify priorities clearly.
- Comfort working with autonomy, ambiguity, and agility to get things done.
- Open and transparent communicator who shares information and learnings at every step.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
