We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a key contributor to our success, you'll be responsible for driving membership growth and retention by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. You'll work closely with our members to understand their fitness goals and provide personalized support to help them achieve success.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Proactively contributing to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Providing engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating exceptional member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet our potential members' needs
  • Exceptional communication skills to inspire and engage people from diverse backgrounds
  • The drive to excel and continuously improve your performance
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and build rapport with members
