About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by performing outreach activities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members
  • An excellent communication skillset with ability to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive to excel yourself and achieve goals
  • A team player who can rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer-focused with ability to build rapport with people from all backgrounds and motivate them to achieve their goals
