Member Support Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Member Support Consultant to join our team. As an MSC, you will be the first point of contact for our members and play a key role in driving membership growth and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire action
  • Drive and goal-focused approach
  • Team player with ability to rally through challenges
  • Customer-focused with ability to build rapport with diverse backgrounds
