Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
- Ensure prompt operation of the switchboard and direct phone queries to the correct customer service personnel
- Act as the on-site key point of contact for facilities in the client's premises
- Manage purchase orders, including preparation and raising of POs as required
- Submit timely site reports and monthly/quarterly management reports
- Support the Facilities Manager in implementing initiatives and processes
Requirements:
- A strong communicator with good presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for quality, with an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services
- Self-motivated, confident, and energetic
- A team player who can cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
- Able to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
- Able to solve problems and deal with ambiguity
- Able to effectively manage stressful situations
- Able to work independently
