Job DescriptionThis varied role involves comprehensive facilities management, including vendor, financial, and project management. You will work with team members to achieve financial and other KPIs established by the client and the Regional Operations Manager. As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be based at the Reception desk, providing daily operations and delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
- E nsure prompt operation of the switchboard and direct phone queries to the correct customer service personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities in the client's premises.
- Manage purchase orders accurately, preparing and raising POs as required.
- Submit site reports and monthly/quarterly management reports in a timely manner.
- Support the Facilities Manager in implementing initiatives and processes.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A passion for quality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional services are essential. Self-motivation, confidence, and a team player attitude are also required.
