">About the Role
">We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist with Facilities Coordination Skills to join our North Sydney team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional reception and coordination services to our clients.
">Responsibilities:

- Administration Support: Provide administrative assistance to our client and the facilities team, including processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.">
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients across various levels of the organization, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.">
- Visitor Management: Ensure efficient sign-in and sign-out processes, issuing visitor badges as required.">
- Meeting Room Booking: Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and setup for clients and internal events.">
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels of stationery and supplies, ensuring rooms are well-stocked and tidy.">
- Food and Beverage Services: Provide tea and coffee making services for meetings, as well as arrange catering for events.">
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Liaise with cleaning teams to address staff needs and ensure a clean working environment.">
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for agency personnel as needed.">
- A/V Equipment Setup: Ensure Audio-Visual equipment is ready for use and functions properly.">
- Contractor Induction: Manage the induction process for contractors on site, ensuring they meet required standards.">
- Ad-Hoc Requests: Address any additional requests from clients or the facilities team promptly and efficiently.">
Requirements:

- Administrative Experience: A proven track record in administration, preferably in a corporate setting.">
- Reception Experience: Proven experience in a reception role, ideally in a dynamic work environment.">
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.">
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.">
- Learning Agility: Willingness to learn new systems and technologies quickly.">
- Supervision: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.">
Benefits:
