Corporate Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator

As a professional face of the client organisation, you will deliver a seamless outstanding reception and facilities coordination experience to the client. Your administration support will be essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to clients and the facilities team, processing invoices in JLL systems, building effective client-stakeholder relationships, managing visitor sign-in and car parking, booking meeting rooms and ordering catering services, and liaising with cleaners for housekeeping matters.
This role is ideal for motivated self-starters with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be working in a dynamic corporate environment and interacting with all levels of the organisation from CEOs to cleaning contractors.
