Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth for our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest services.
- Collaborate with the Revenue department to create and implement sales plans and forecasts.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Assess the overall sales performance and market potential of our properties and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage operating budgets for sales activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial constraints.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and take corrective actions to address any deviations.
- Provide direction and support to staff through coaching, training, and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Represent our brand at trade shows and association meetings to showcase our offerings and network with industry professionals.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales management with a proven track record of success in developing and growing sales strategy.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen with solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability to travel domestically when required.
- A polished professional presentation and a strong work ethic reflecting a high level of dedication and integrity in all professional interactions.
