Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

At Accor Hotels, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic marketing plans to increase market share and overall hotel revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts to achieve targeted room sales and catering revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement a property-wide annual strategic marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Director of Revenue Management to maximize rate during periods of compression and occupancy and Rev PAR gain during soft periods.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they effectively carry out their objectives and meet performance targets.
  • Identify coaching, training, and leadership needs for the Sales Team and devise methods of delivery.
  • Participate in hotel guest satisfaction initiatives and contribute to the development of strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years sales leadership experience in a large full-service hotel.
  • Diploma or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in leading a team and selling in a luxury environment with a pattern of exceptional results.
