Key Responsibilities:- Supervise guest arrivals and departures, including handling guest queries and complaints
- Ensure that room allocations and check-in/check-out processes follow set procedures
- Prepare Front Office monthly reports
- Supervise lobby services
- Liaise with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation
- Work closely with Maintenance to ensure maintenance requests are completed quickly
- Manage and support the Front Office team, including coaching, training, and performance management
- Previous 3-5 years' experience in a Front Office role
- First Aid Certificate and RSA required
- Knowledge of another language preferred
- Discretion with guest interactions
- Great attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
