At ASQA, we're seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Service Delivery Officers, Assessment Officers or Registrations Management and Assessment Officers. These roles play a critical part in ensuring quality Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Australia.

Service Delivery Officer Role

The Service Delivery Officer is responsible for managing interactions professionally, responding accurately to phone and written enquiries about regulatory and compliance matters, providing technical support to external system users and responding to student enquiries. They will also perform a range of administrative tasks, including contributing to team projects and developing internal guides.

Assessment Officer Role

The Assessment Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Performance Monitoring, Compliance and Operational teams within the team. They will assist with the assessment of Registered Training Organisations and their compliance with relevant standards and legislation.

Registrations Management and Assessment Officer Role

The Registrations Management and Assessment Officer assists the Registration Management and Assessment Team by undertaking routine processing of registration applications and providing general support. They will undertake a structured risk assessment of provider applications under the NVETR Act and/or ESOS Act and assess further evidence where applicable.
