About the Role

As an Agile Leadership Expert, you'll drive the delivery of cutting-edge digital products and services. You'll lead multiple digital squads, guiding teams with expert advice to unlock their potential through agile practices.

You'll empower teams to self-organise, remove roadblocks, and deliver results that align with Lean-Agile principles. Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll ensure business priorities are met, and you'll champion an agile environment that delivers value fast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Champion: Be the driving force behind Agile adoption, inspiring your teams to embrace Agile values and deliver excellence.
  • Drive Team Success: Help your squads hit goals, boost performance, and deliver results with speed and efficiency.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Push for growth, guide retrospectives, and empower your teams to take ownership.
  • Support Key Stakeholders: Support key priorities, facilitate team dynamics, and ensure nothing gets left behind.
  • Promote Quality: Ensure deliverables consistently meet high standards, driving technical discipline and quality practices.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Create a supportive, energised team environment that thrives on collaboration and success.
About You:

You'll bring proven expertise in Agile coaching and driving impactful results. With a strong understanding of Product Management, including strategy and human-centered design, you'll be well-equipped to lead our digital delivery efforts.

You'll also be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools with Oil and gas industry experience. A minimum of 6+ years demonstrated experience as an Agile Leadership Expert or equivalent role is required, ideally with experience working in a scaled agile environment/managing multiple squads.

Certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or similar will be highly regarded.
