Customer Service Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and make a real difference in people's lives. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

About the Job

This is a permanent, part-time position located in Bundaberg. The roster is working a total of 51 hours per fortnight with various shifts throughout the week.

  • The role involves assisting customers with their banking needs, answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring secure transactions.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has strong communication skills and is able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Assisting customers with their banking needs, including answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring secure transactions.
