Job Title: Service Delivery Expert

This role involves driving business growth through client satisfaction and relationship enhancement. It entails managing operational performance, client contracts, account strategies, and utilizing systems, processes, and procedures efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the effective management of KPIs/SLAs across all client sites
  • Managing client contracts, including asset registers, operational documents, and continuous improvement ideas
  • Delivering account strategies aligned with the Service Delivery Model and providing regular progress reports to management
  • Optimizing the use of systems, processes, and procedures by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to build strong networks and engage with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ownership and accountability of end-to-end customer interactions
