Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team based in Brisbane.

This role will be responsible for providing expert-level service delivery and support to customers across Australia and the Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide preventive and maintenance services to customers
  • Install, service, and maintain all Life Sciences (LS) and Clinical Diagnostics (CD) instruments
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize software for work order management
  • Maintain tools and test equipment professionally
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Meet territory service goals and objectives
  • Ensure company-wide customer satisfaction
  • Report incidents where customer satisfaction is not met
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Adhere to quality standards
  • Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical)
  • 3-5 years of experience in LS, CD, or Biomedical service industry
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, organization, and planning skills
  • Team-oriented individual with problem-solving ability and results-driven mindset
  • High level of computer literacy and software usage
  • Current Australian driver's license
