We are seeking a skilled Client Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple clients, managing service delivery and ensuring smooth operations.

This role involves leading daily service delivery for assigned clients, overseeing projects and work orders, and facilitating regular client meetings. The Client Service Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and lasting client relationships. They will be expected to identify opportunities for upsells, renewals, and service enhancements, and support business development and promotion of our Connect programme.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or a related field, and certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile would be highly regarded. Experience with PSA tools or project systems, such as Jira, Mavenlink, or MS Project, would also be advantageous.
