The Lead Technical Consultant - ServiceNow is a key position at Fujitsu, responsible for leading client engagements and delivering high-quality consulting services in ServiceNow.
This role focuses on process definition, re-engineering, and technology solutions to drive business outcomes for clients. Based in Canberra, you will work independently on engagements, managing multiple responsibilities including engagement management, advisory, consulting, and implementation.
Responsibilities- Lead client workshops to define and improve processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including program managers, business process owners, and enterprise architects.
- Produce high-quality documentation, such as workshop materials, training materials, and solution designs.
- Manage customer contracts, including scope and commercials, while ensuring quality assurance across configuration, processes, and documentation.
- Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience with successful delivery of multiple customer engagements.
- Experience across ITSM/ITOM, with a proven track record of leading complex client engagements.
- High customer satisfaction scores and recognition for individual contribution to customer outcomes.
