About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Datacom's ServiceNow practice in Australia as a ServiceNow Consultant. You will be the key liaison between our clients' business users, stakeholders, and our implementation teams. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will develop your analysis, design, communication, and diplomatic skills in a challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead ServiceNow workstreams for multiple clients, involving requirements gathering, design, configuration, and support activities. Additionally, you will lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and user training.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills. A specialisation in TSM, understanding and experience of ITIL best practices, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design, and SIAM are essential. Previous implementation project experience and ServiceNow Functional Certifications and CSA are desirable.
