Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver market-leading customer engagement to a portfolio of 200–250 top-tier customers, personalizing onboarding, retention, and nurturing strategies to enhance experiences.
  • Evaluate customer behavior to ensure a safe and sustainable environment.
  • Identify and acquire new VIP customers while maximizing portfolio performance.
  • Host and support VIPs at major race days and sporting events.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for customer issues, queries, and negotiations.
  • Manage generosity spending to align with targets.
  • Implement win-back strategies for lapsed customers.

About You

  • A proven track record in account management with a deep understanding of the customer journey.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and digital platforms such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement.
