The Senior Product Manager will define the product's vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the needs of both Direct-to-Consumer and B2B2C channels. This role includes promoting and distributing existing app products and developing embedded app capabilities (SDKs) for an extensive partner network.

The successful candidate will translate the roadmap into actionable features, manage prioritization, and ensure successful product releases in close collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leisure App Strategy: Collaboratively set the direction for the Leisure App strategy, focusing on enhancing the travel experience.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize customer and competitor insights to align the app's development with business objectives and key KPIs.
  • App Experience Framework: Develop and maintain an app customer experience framework that identifies engagement opportunities.
  • Team Development: Lead the Leisure App development team, expanding capabilities by leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Product Ownership: Own and manage the digital product roadmap and vision to support business needs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding user journeys and unmet needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to refine product requirements, using agile techniques to prioritize features by value and ROI.
  • Product Releases: Lead planning and set expectations for new product functionalities, ensuring rapid, value-driven delivery.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work effectively with engineers, quality analysts, and business analysts to ensure product delivery aligns with business goals.
  • New Product Evaluation: Research and identify new tools to enhance the company's product offerings.
  • App Reporting Framework: Manage app performance reporting, ensuring stakeholder visibility and ongoing feature development.
  • Mentorship: Develop junior product managers, offering guidance and professional development opportunities.
