About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Production Director to lead our studio's production operations. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key leadership role in shaping the future of visual effects and animation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with executive team members to develop and implement strategic plans for production management, talent acquisition, and training programs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the local production team, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop production staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a VFX producer or EP in an established studio.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale internal teams in multicultural environments.
  • Expert knowledge of production and post-production pipelines, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
