Job Description:

As a Tech & Product-Focused Project Manager at S2M Digital Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that span digital products, broadcasting systems, and content platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for digital product launches, system upgrades, or broadcasting initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders across departments.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the broadcasting, publishing, or news industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital product development, content management systems, and broadcasting technology.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
