We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Visionary to lead the design of our Personal Banking platforms.

This role plays a critical part in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the #1 Digital Bank by ensuring seamless user experiences across our ecosystem.

The successful candidate will partner with our Director of Product to develop and deliver our Personal Banking vision, working closely with Designers, Directors of Product, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and Engineers to ensure efficient and mutually beneficial processes.

We require an experienced UX and UI Designer with at least 8 years of experience, a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies, and proficiency in Figma.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
