Are you a product visionary with a passion for leading innovative solutions? We're seeking an exceptional Digital Product Strategist to spearhead our ERP and Practice Management product, driving it towards unparalleled success in the market.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Product team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the product's vision and strategy. You'll work closely with your team to identify and understand user problems worth solving, develop creative solutions, and implement them effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and communicating a clear product vision that aligns with our business goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery
  • Conducting customer research to gain a deep understanding of their needs and pain points
  • Defining and prioritizing product requirements based on customer feedback and market analysis
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A proven track record of success in product management, preferably in related software industries
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in assessing product performance and user feedback
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams
  • A deep understanding of software development methodologies and agile principles

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
