The Digital Experience Product Leader will play a key role in implementing and refining our exceptional experience product, including experience and ecommerce consulting, SEO, CRO, and content strategy.

This position requires a strategic leader who can provide guidance to clients on innovating and improving their experience and ecommerce ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SEO or digital experience, managing high-performing teams, and developing customized strategies to meet client objectives.

In this role, you will oversee product implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, day-to-day invoicing, and billing.

You will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of senior managers, executives, and assistants.

Business development opportunities with new and existing clients will also be a key part of this role.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to clients on innovation and improvement of their experience and ecommerce ecosystems.
  • Implement and refine our exceptional experience product, including experience and ecommerce consulting, SEO, CRO, and content strategy.
  • Oversee product implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, day-to-day invoicing, and billing.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of senior managers, executives, and assistants.
  • Business development opportunities with new and existing clients.
Your Expertise:
  • Proven experience in SEO or digital experience.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop customized strategies to meet client objectives.
