This critical role is responsible for enhancing relationships with the company's leaders, providing financial and commercial advice, and driving strategic outcomes. The successful candidate will be at the helm of crafting and launching a killer performance and governance framework, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with the organisation's grand vision.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fostering a positive organisational culture, creating high-performing teams in a dynamic environment, and leading the creation and delivery of strategic plans in an M&A environment. They will also possess top-notch analytical and financial skills, helping evaluate opportunities and guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring framework that drives accountability and transparency across the organisation.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and insights that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Elevate the finance business partner function, bringing strategic insights that make a difference in achieving organisational objectives.
  • Oversee procurement to smash commercial outcomes and tackle future challenges head-on.
  • Monitor performance scorecards and help hit key performance indicators (KPIs).

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills, able to build trust and instill confidence in stakeholders. You will also need to be politically and commercially savvy, with a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance frameworks for superannuation in Australia.

We are offering a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This is a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane, although we are open to considering candidates from Sydney.
