At CVS Group Plc, we are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the challenging role of Regional Director for our operations in Queensland and Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our practices in these regions, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care standards.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around AU$150,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about veterinary medicine and has a proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking. As a Regional Director, you will be accountable for providing guidance and support to our practice leaders, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership to practices to ensure delivery against people, clinical, and commercial aims
  • Maximizing the financial and operational performance of practices
  • Ensuring the delivery of excellent clinical quality and care standards in practices
  • Leading the successful implementation of key central and local business and operational initiatives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in veterinary medicine, with significant experience in managerial responsibility at a senior level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others
  • A high degree of financial awareness and control, with the ability to interpret financial information and inform decision-making
  • Proven track record of driving improvements in quality standards and effective change management skills
  • Knowledge of sector standards and Human Resource policies, tools, and techniques
