About the Opportunity

The Chief Operating Officer will lead the Greyhound team, driving the future success of this iconic business based in Brisbane. As a key member of Entrada's executive leadership team, you will contribute significantly to the group's success through strong collaboration and strategic business planning.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing Greyhound's senior leadership team to foster a high-performance culture aligned with the company values.
  • Demonstrating unwavering commitment to improving Health & Safety capabilities and performance by modelling leadership behavior, driving business-specific initiatives, and supporting group programs.
  • Leveraging deep commercial experience and knowledge to drive business success and operational excellence at Greyhound, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships within Greyhound and across the Entrada group to grow business performance.
  • Pursuing excellence in customer experience, nurturing and building on Greyhound's strong customer focus and deep insights.
  • Engaging effectively with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to forge partnerships and drive growth.

About You

You will bring a broad skillset with deep commercial experience and a passion for safety and operational excellence. Proven leadership experience in logistics, transport, or a related field would be advantageous.

You will be an inspiring, values-led leader who can build trust, confidence, and loyalty among your team while empowering and harnessing talent within the organization.

You will possess maturity and confidence to engage effectively with frontline staff or the Board of Directors.

You will establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Entrada peers to unlock resources for Greyhound Australia and leverage the group's collective capability.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
