Key Account Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Development Executive to support the National Business Manager in managing and growing key customer accounts within sales channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts;
  2. Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts;
  3. Supporting customer inquiries with prompt and accurate responses;
  4. Tracking and analysing account performance;
  5. Developing sales presentations and data analysis;
  6. Assisting in forecasting and planning;
  7. Coordinating promotional activities;
  8. Monitoring campaign effectiveness and providing feedback.

A sales support or customer service background, preferably in FMCG, with basic CRM knowledge and Microsoft Office skills is required. The role also offers a great culture, annual leave, employee rewards program and various health discounts.
