About the role
TotalEnergies Marketing Australia is seeking an experienced Key Account & Business Development Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work for a leading energy company and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities as the role involves working within mining and automotive industry selling lubricants
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
- Understand client needs and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and pipeline
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
What we're looking for
- Experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the energy or B2B services industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
- Will suit someone who has a passion for the automotive/spare parts industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or sales)
