Ambulance Victoria is seeking a seasoned Director Communication Employee to lead our digital production and employee communication specialists in developing impactful communication campaigns and digital channels.

About the Role:

  • This is a key leadership position within our organisation, reporting directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will align our communications capability with our evolving digital roadmap, maximising the use of our digital platform.
  • The successful candidate will develop a new digital employee experience program of work, delivering new digital channels that connect us with our people, patients, and partners.
  • This role requires someone who can create and deliver content that supports strategic external stakeholder relationships.
  • You will create and execute internal strategies and campaigns, engaging our workforce and increasing visibility, reach, and engagement in support of our strategic objectives.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role, you will have a postgraduate degree or industry-specialised certification supplemented by relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and extensive relevant experience.
  • You must be able to translate organisational strategy into action and deliver communication plans that support our strategic priorities.
  • We are looking for someone with proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering communication strategies in complex organisations is essential.
  • Deep expertise in digital platforms is required, enabling the creation, distribution, and measurement of high-quality content.
