ZURU Toy Company is on a mission to disrupt industries, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation. We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Beauty brand portfolio.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, specifically in the beauty or personal care space. You'll be responsible for managing best-in-class marketing strategy from ideation to execution to drive business growth. This includes developing resourcing plans, gathering and analyzing data, leading annual business planning, and managing campaigns.

You'll also be expected to build relationships with key accounts, act as a brand custodian, and participate in new product and brand development brainstorms. A strong understanding of market trends, enthusiasm for innovative ideas, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Strong foundational skills in marketing, particularly brand marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of launching successful products in the beauty or personal care space
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
