ZURU, a leading global toy company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. As a champion of brand growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various beauty brands.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that achieve business objectives
  • Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring profitable growth and optimal resource allocation
  • Lead go-to-market activities for new geography, retailer, and NPD launches
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and product roadmaps to inform strategic growth plans
  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams to create annual business plans and drive growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in the beauty or personal care space
  • Strong foundational skills in marketing, with a focus on brand marketing
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and collaboration skills
