About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Operations Lead to join our team at CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving creative production and supporting local objectives and initiatives.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our talented in-house Art Director, utilising their experience to support the copy evolution and production process. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end production for CMC Invest, Australia's favourite non-bank stockbroker
  • Conceptualise localised campaigns for our award-winning global CFD trading brand
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of campaigns
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a passion for building effective teams and workflow
  • Proficiency in creative production technology, including Ziflow, Figma, Adobe Suite, Jira, and Bynder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia permanently
