About the Role

Randstad is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our valued client in Adelaide. The role offers full-time hours (Monday to Friday) in a service centre environment.

Job Description

  • Respond to all inbound and outbound calls regarding matter status
  • Coordinate settlement bookings
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client requirements daily
  • Take ownership of your client base

Skill Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • Strong PC skills and ability to work with computer-based applications
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A 'can-do' attitude, being proactive, and self-managed
  • A team player with an excellent work ethic

Work Environment

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday
  • Office-based in Adelaide CBD
  • Australian citizens or permanent residents only

Remuneration

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects the value we place on our employees.
