About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to sales enquiries, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to sales enquiries and provide quotes and pricing information to customers
  • Assist other sales staff and counter sales to ensure seamless customer service
  • Accurately enter cash sales, picking slips, and invoices into our computer system
  • Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods, identifying reasons for credits and rectifying problems to prevent future issues
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels are available and advise the purchasing department of stock requirements
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong customer service focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industrial/hydraulic hoses and fittings is an advantage, but not essential. A current forklift license is desirable.
