About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Eastwood office. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries via phone and digital channels, providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Assist customers with queries related to Ambulance Cover, Services, and invoices
  • Proactively manage complaints and disputes, ensuring a customer-centric approach
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer matters efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to process improvements

As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $57,842 to $62,221 per annum, depending on your level of experience. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a rostered shift between 8:30am and 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be based in our Eastwood office, located on Greenhill Road.
