About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at MIRA ENTERPRISE PTY LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and supervising the restaurant staff, including recruiting, training, and developing their skills.
  • Implementing efficient systems and procedures to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Working closely with the head chef to plan menus, manage stock levels, and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Coordinating special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma-level qualifications or equivalent in Hospitality or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $74,000 - $78,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
